ALL ORDERS SENT TO GENNOVA SCIENTIFIC ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
> Upon receipt, the products must be stored according to the instructions of the supplier or Gennova Scientific in its absence. In case of any other way Gennova Scientific will not be responsible for any damage caused to the product.
> Gennova Scientific shall not be liable for any fortuitous events that may arise beyond its reasonable control. Fortuitous events are considered to be, but not limited to, labor conflicts, supplier delivery delays, war, hostile fire, cataclysm, natural disasters, events affecting means of transport, internal organizational problems of the company (illness, equipment failure…). The delivery times mentioned in the quotations are approximate times that may vary for reasons beyond our control.
> Unless otherwise stated, payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. In case of total or partial breach of payment obligations by the customer Gennova Scientific may charge the annual interest for late payment fixed by Law 3/2004, during the period between the date on which the payment should have been made and the date on which the amount due is paid. Likewise, this will mean the stop of the service.
> Product replacement:
A) Products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. For any claim, there must be a notification of the damage or any alteration within 72 hours of receipt of the product, via email.
B) In case a replacement is required, Gennova Scientific will be responsible for the costs of the replacement, these costs include, but are not limited to: import, shipping, dry ice, etc.
C) Replacement must be arranged through Gennova Scientific.
Once the order has been confirmed by Gennova Scientific, it cannot be totally or partially cancelled by the customer.
